Why do white guys want to act black?

also why does everyone think its cool to were there pants around there ankles but the part i really want to know Why do people want to act like a "G" what you want to get arrested shot up and possibly killed and if your gonna act like a gangster act like a actual on like Al Capone or Jesse James or any part of a mafia the mafia were i am in buffalo the Don all ways helped out at retirement homes or at local restaurants he never shot some ordinary john on the street or threatened people to not come out of there houses no he was a nice guy not like all of these wanna be gangster thugs but back to the point im not racist i just find it racist that white americans act like african americans i think everybody should just act how they are white and black. So concluding my statement can someone please tell me why people act this way?
