Who is the speaker's audience in the poem Annabel Lee by Edgar Allan Poe?

The audience is simply the readers of his work. Poe is very disturbed and he criticizes society and also the Angels in Heaven for the death of his wife. In the poem she dies from a chill from the clouds. Many people including myself believe this to be Tuberculosis or something along that line.
