What's the name of this movie?

What I can remember: it's a Finnish, Norwegian or Icelandic movie. The main character is a shallow guy/girl and loses girlfriend/boyfriend to some gangster. He/she finds job in a shop that sells comic books and fantasy games. He/she meets new people, fans of fantasy and RPG and it changes his/her life.
