Ok help, how do i deal with this?? :O?

right, for all of my life until now, the road i have grown up on has been so pleasant, well there has been a few gangs and stuff on the main road but my road was fine... now my road is really bad some gangsters started hanging round the shop across my road and they're like further down,. whenever i go past they always bother me and follow me until i get home.. byut they havent done anything yet.. how to deal with this???
