How do you catch a Poe Ghosts?

I'm currently playing, (Not playing it right at this moment.) The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time on my Nintendo 64, and I killed a poe ghost, and I don't have a bottle to catch and keep it in. Where do you get bottles from?
